All room
rates are based on two adults sharing a room.
Reductions are
offered for children when sharing with adults: 10-16 years
25% discount.
5 - 9 years 50% discount. 2 - 5 years are charged £10. Under 2
years free of charge.
Dogs welcome £3.50 per night.
Where additional/single occupancy is desired,
please ring to confirm rates.
(Note that two of our rooms can sleep 4/5 people and the other can
sleep 3)
The rate quoted is inclusive of breakfast served in
the room and all VAT charges.
No service charge is added.
Minimum booking of 2 nights required.
Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed in the rooms.
June - September normally minimum 2

weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) a room rate may apply.
Booking and
Cancellation Policies
A non refundable deposit of one
night's room rate is requested at the time of booking to secure
the room.
This is deducted at the end of your stay.
In accordance with Trading Standards practice, if less than 10
days' notice is given of cancellation
or reduction in the length of stay, two thirds of the full stay
amount will be charged.
A refund will be made for any days on which the room is subsequently re-let.
